Comments:
i had a 10min transition period where i got naked on the grass, no towel, changed back into my bike/running gear and jumped onto the road. alex had everything perfectly ready for me (thanks bugs!) at first when i got out of the water i was like, ehh not tired. but within minutes i was feeling the burn in the legs, the wind in my face and my general tiredness. chomped half a banana and kept going. 10 miles in i got the feeling of a squished nerve in my left buttocks huuup. but i pushed through, although a little short on the distance due to poor planning.
