for some reason i could push my lungs harder.. my legs were kind of tired but i would say i was being held back by my lungs, i guess i still haven't fully got into shape, but i will slowly get where i want to be.. as of now i feel good did the work out how it should have been done.. however think i took more than enough time joggin the recovery 400 becouse i was taking i would say more than 2 minutes... need to work on recovering faster... i feell that if i try i could keep up with evryone.. but im beaing soft in the breain and decide not to push it at the end... need to work on that aswell...
