Regarding the race, I felt very relaxed and smooth the first mile, kepted it very consistent for the rest of the race. Felt quite good finishing and did not put anything extra effort at the end of the race so i'm feeling very confident in my training and where i stand. Last year I ran 29:10 so nearly a one min PR for this course.
