Weather: pretty hot

Comments:
ran with the team today, out about a half an hour on the bike path and then on the way back we did pickups of 45 seconds on and 3 minutes off, but the 45 seconds got to be rly fast by the end (literally almost lavallee racepace for an xc race) and the 3 minutes werent crawling either. ran all the way down to rivers edge complex on the way back and then back up as a whole team (noobs did an easier workout themselves). i felt like superman by the end cause i stayed up with apps and lavallee the whole time, it was a great workout.
