Comments:
Weighed 181.4. Started run about 5:30. Forgot situps. No shirt. Drank 1/2 a Red Bull (sugarfree), H2O & 1/2 a cup of Gatorade. Good run. 3 short breaks-walks No Drink or I-pod. Just trying to haul some ass and push a bit. Good run overall. Got a pretty good nights sleep. Left shin hurt a bit after run. Finished Gatorade after run to rehydrate. Felt very good after run.
