Yes, I had to go slow, yes, I had to get out of the heat, and yes, I had to use my Ipod. But,I ran without pain, I didn't want to stop, and my endurance is coming back slowly but surely. This, my friends, means progress.
Started easy, last mile picked up the pace. Ran last 400 hard.
