Me, Germ, Hirdt

Hirdt got dehydrated at the end. Germ seemed fine. I felt easy (blister on achilles popped).

Went off heart rate monitor. If max heart rate is 197 (calculated it online). Then long runs should be 65 to 75% of max. First 9 miles stayed between 150 and 170. Last few were 170-180. Didn't really speed up. Lots of rolling hills. Still doesn't explain the slow pace if heart rate was steady. Conversed easily. Short stride. Seemed light but not that slow.

McMillan Calculator says long runs for me should be 6:40 to 7:40 mile pace... doesn't say how long a long run is.

In need of guidance.
