Ran 23 minutes with Graig, felt like "crap" but didn't stop! (12 7th Ave to Trail, 2nd bridge and back)..switch is on, ate well, no sweets, did excercise routine before going to bed; quads little sore...Psyched to be at it again...Impossible is Nothing..Took the "before" pictures...Weighed-in at a horrible 153, not sure what reasonable target should be, but at least 128-130...Going with Nicholas to buy running shoes tomorrow hopefully...Haven't been this excited about training in many years, say 10+..THANKS GRAIG!!
