Comments:
left the house a little too late - 9:30 and the heat was kinda bad, but went on a new route and managed not to fall on the rocky spots but then took a big tumble on the path that i did know and that is fairly free of rocks
knees might be a little soar tomorrow but need to remember to hydrate better!
