Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Earlier today (around 6) lower legs feeling in need of rest. Strained/overworked almost. It was from just below the knee to just above the ankle on the outsides and around the calf. Possibly from forefoot strike style I've been trying to incorporate. Hopefully it is a sign that I'm doing it right. I massaged them with my Stick and rested, left at 8. Felt fine, went away. Need to continue use of pool post run.
When I run forefoot strike alone sometimes I feel more impact pains, I then try to correct my stride. It is weird. Hopefully VFFs will correct this. I need to strengthen(and stretch) my hamstrings, but feel no desire to do so. That's probably bad. Tomorrow starts the post-run plyometrics/workout.
