4mile warm up, then 2:49 2:45 2:44 2:38
Pacing was bad on the first one, then I just kinda went from there, goal was 2:46 (83s/lap) so it went alright, wanted to go with Ethan but Coach said go conservative.
Arm was real bad when warming up, then once or twice it acted up during the workout. it's a freaking medical mystery apparently.
