10x300 Mayfield Hill Repeats (with Carter, HS Student named Daniel, Natalia)
Cooldown: Mayfield to Euclid to Cleveland Clinic Building where Daniel works(with Carter, Daniel), back to Adelbert, up North Park to Soberlook (with Carter)

I did the warm-up and cooldown with my waterbottle in a spike bag that I wore on my back because I was worried about the heat. To be honest I probably didn't really need it. I was a little nauseous for the first 4-5, but felt better toward the end. Carter and I started talking about politics and it distracted me from feeling tired or sick. This felt more difficult than it usually does, probably from the heat, but my legs felt fresh and as strong as ever. I was able to forget about my knee entirely.
