Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did the 14 miler from Cornell. Not positive on length, Drew said 11, that seems a bit much, I think 9.5 or 10. Run progressed as it went along, which was fine until the last mile when it got a bit faster than I would've liked. Pretty solid run though, especially considering the heat, good to run with whole group again.
