Comments:
Started at 9pm with Whitney. Dark, so nice compared to the day. Mile warm up, then 20 minutes continuous tempo. Ran 3 miles plus 500m. Mile splits: 6:12, 6:04, 5:54. Effort felt good, legs not too tired. Solid workout.
