Ran with Graig on what I call the "plateau", an absolutely secluded, tranquil and perfect place to do intervals, etc.. did 5 laps, total running time 31 minutes; felt pretty good, very slight cramp in abdomen...ate well, did exercises, weighed-in at 150.5!! down 2.5
