Comments:
We did the 50/float workout today. I felt really good on the first one, and probably went a little fast, because I guess I was kind of excited to be doing a speed workout, since I haven't done one with the team in a long time. I felt pretty good for the whole workout, and the pancakes afterwards were delicious! Thanks Rusty!
