Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3.5 mile warm up, 3.1 mile race, 3 mile cooldown (approx. for all). I ran ok in the race. My time was not very good, but the team did well, so I guess I can't complain. I thought I was going out fast, but wound up coming through the mile in 5:25, that definitly needs to change drastically. Still, it was a good feeling to evenly pace the race (something like: 5:25, 5:27, 5:27), and leaves me with the feeling that I can run strong in an 8k.
