Comments:
Goal:Ran 5 miles on 8 earlier in week then day rest then 3 miles on 7:30 and today goal is back to 5 miles but 8:00,7:30, 8:00, 7:30, 8:00 - Update: I was a little sore still from day before running and had small blisters so only did 3 miles on 8:00, 7:30, and 8:00.
