Comments:
It was a bit over 90, so rather warm for us western Washington folk. Workout was 1600m, 1200m, 800m, 600m, 400m. Where each interval was faster per 400m. Started at about 93s/lap and ran the last one at about 75s. Not to shabby coming off a race.

Also, terrible news, Jordan and I bought the same shoes! :P
