Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
first part is to and from school on mountain bike and second half is a conservative estimate for the 1.5 hour or so bike ride. Need to have longer bike rides as its fatiguing factor is much more that expected all at once despite routinely logging as many miles on most days spread out over the day.
