Comments:
7 laps, 200 jog, 7 laps.
Started out both at 6 flat pace, but after a while it became too slow and I picked it up.
Ended up 10:12 and 9:58. I felt pretty good, but still a long way away from where I want to go.
3 mile warm up, 3 mile cool down
