Comments:
Good run.... tried runnnig at intervals this time.... highest incline was 2.5... noticed easier running at a higher speed with no incline afterwards... great for speed training... no pain in foot or leg... stopped due to fatigue... late, tired.. roxie is asleep... too many factors.
