Well....it could have been worse...

Comments:
Left leg shin splints hurt pretty bad. It got to the point where I could feel my form was starting to mess up, so I stopped.
Tried to do the stationary bike, but it was irritating my left knee. No idea why.
So I just did upper body weights. No problems there! Yay! lol
