Weather: Hot but breezy

Comments:
Felt really good. Ran out to the five with Julia, stopped for water and continued a little past the park (7 marker?) because I wasn't sure when to stop. Then back to the four for some water. Then I sped up the pace because I felt good and had some water right before the annoying long light. Then I ran fast back and felt good. Strength work.
