Weather: sunny and warm

Comments:
Warmed-up for about 35 minutes. Raced the 5k in 16:29. A little disappointed with it. It was a pretty flat course but it was very tight and rough, especially when trying to fight my way up in the first mile. went out in 5:05 then did like a 5:20 and a 5:30. legs felt tired and un-aggressive before the race. Cooled-down for 55 minutes.
