Comments:
Decided today to do a tempo run. Warmup of 2 miles around the main sun deck, after some dynamics I checked the gym, no open treadmills. I ran almost 2 more miles checking every 2 minutes for an open treadmill. By the time I started my tempo run I was alright a bit tired. Did 2 timed segments on the evenly paced flat treadmill. The first segment started at 6:40 and after 1 mile I cranked it up to 6:31. Second segment was all at 6:22 pace. Cooldown was back on the deck until I got to 5 miles total (outside of the tempo run).
