Comments:
Started with 2 on the treadmill at an easy pace. Then did 1 outside on the sundeck. Came back to the treadmill for a negative split workout. Started at 7:30 and dropped the pace ever kilometer for 4 miles (6.5K). Average pace was 7:10 and fastest pace per K was 6:40ish. Felt great the whole time and pushed the last 300 meters into the redzone of my heart rate at around 6:10 pace.
