Comments:
very hot this morning. ran a solid 2 mile warmup as usual. planned chase with alex and lambo during the circuits, then did two new loops (captain crunches) that equal .55 miles. those were a little faster than i wanted, but needed to continue to beat lambo. first split 7:14, total 14:08 so i neg'ed the second one.
