10*300m repeats alone; splits - 68.6, 68.9, 70.1, 68.4, 66.2, 67.6, 65.9, 68.8, 65.0, 60.9
CD to NRV, stretch

kept splits primarily so I wouldn't forget how many repeats I had completed. 1-4 were rough (probably still warming up), 5-7 were good, lost focus on 8, then thought "strong" for 9 and "close" for 10, analogous to the last two laps of a race.

with orientation morning runs and the Great Lakes Relay this weekend, this may be the week to join the century club
