Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Sunny but bearable.

Comments:
Ran with Julia the whole time and felt okay but not too hot. Felt some cramping so sipped cool water. Stopped for water three time while running (on the way 5 and on the way back 4 and by stop light). Then after 6 strides had some water. Struggled with the strides and after felt really freakin tired. Strength training at home but arm is a little sore from shot.
