Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Sunny - light breeze, 20 degrees

Comments:
Longest run so far. Felt strong. Last half hour felt really good. Felt like I could run longer but the only thing holding me back is the pain in my legs. I figure I've got some shin splint issues. I plan on relaxing the running schedule for a bit to allow my legs to heal.

Aiming to increase my speed to finish the half marathon in 100 minutes.
