Start of the last cycle of these lifts! It went by really quickly, about half the time it used to take, and was a lot easier - even though I went up a bit in weight on some exercises.

On another note, my ankle doesn't hurt today, although it is a bit swollen. Looks like I'll be good to go tomorrow!
