Felt good, started of with a very easy warm up, did some striders, think i had the perfect start should have kept it up after the first uphill, thats when i let go of the pedal, thinking i would get them again, didnt.. need to also work on my kick... it strong but not good enough.. i would say if i had gotten 5 second faster andy and jonathan would have been at striking distance.. need to correct few mistakes for the next one.. over all afterwards felt tired, but good did 3 laps and then a 10 minute cooldown..
