Before my run while stretching, my shin splints were a little achy but they didn't bother me on my run. Pretty much ran by myself but ran with Julia and Batine from the two to five mile. Stopped for water three times (bad habit) at the five mile marker on the way to the six, and on the way back the water fountain at the two mile mark and the one by the stoplight. Felt pretty bad because I had a nagging cramp right under my chest at my upper abs. I wouldn't go away sipping water (tried that on the way back), or ignoring water (tried that on the way to the six). Messed up my breathing because to numb it I almost had to hold my breath. Ab work, then served detention.
