Went out 5 did 6 hills.

Okay heres the play by play
Went out with Nathan running 7 minute pace until we got out of the canyon then went with yutaro and tony to continue at 7:30 pace until we hit the hills. Then we did hills at an average speed of 75, and then jogged back. Overall was good but my legs are truly dead.


Also did the ab workout.
