10min warm-up; felt pretty good on average, some were really good, others not so much. The last 4 flys were very consistent (43, 46, 46, 46). My hip was getting sore toward the end, but not too bad. 10min cooldown, stretch, 3x30sec abs curcuit, pushups, and 10min ice-bath
