Weather: rain, humid, little sunny
Comments:
WAs so tired from last night... but i managed to run with a 4 hr sleep last time ill be doing that .. woke up at 7:30 and began my run approximatly at 8...
6 minute jog warm up ,did a four mile loop, then 8 laps around the track, and took of my shoes and did a 10 minute jog around the soccer field... got home an went to bed... recovering energy i didn't have this morning
