Comments:
good solid run today. I had planned to take Saturday of but Sunday I had a bit of a scare. I thought I had blood in my sputum but as it turned out it was probably red licorice I had eaten. Anyway it was too late to run by the time I had figured it out. The result was an excellent run today. If I get four quality runs this week I will advance to phase II next week where I will begin Speed work.
