Weather: humid, nice
Comments:
legs were sore but i needed to get this run in in a hurry before work. felt good though my miles were in the mid 6:30 range. hip didn't bother me. legs could pick up and sustain pace at any time. i did more medium range stuff today like 100-200 meter bursts.
