so... bad news about today. orginally was going to go to the y to do an afternoon run because i worked 5 to 1030. ended up not going, felt shitty all day (welcome ebola...) and ben outside working. over 100 degrees and 90% humidity today. fucking shoot me. was going to run after work but got horrible cramps and stomach aches on the way home from work from not eating regularly.
so. made the judgment call of not running tonight and doing two runs tomorrow. probably going to suck worse than just sucking up and running tonight. oh well. here we go.
