checked heart rate 2 min. after 3rd fly. felt fast but it was only
25/10 seconds = 150

3.4 cooldown @ 9:30 pace because my breathing was still labored

I didn't realize it during my first 12, but I would not have been able to run my next 8 much faster! It was tricky keeping the same pace. Not impossible, but tricky. I think I slowed down a second on average.

The fly 200s were good! for me, at least!
