Weather: Sahara Desert HOT FRIGGIN HOT

Comments:
Didn't feel too "hot" today. Felt tired and sore and wasnt going to go 6 miles at first but pushed myself because it wasn't as hot. On the way there I didn't feel to bad, but on the way back felt really bad. Had a minor cramp but it went away. Lately I have been feeling that my form is messed up because I keep my thighs close together because my shorts bother me. I did just buy a pair so maybe that will help. Had too much water while I was running and it was hot so I felt that slowed me down. Overall it was a crap run. Strentgh and Hip work
