Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 80 degrees. humid

Comments:
Solo run on the towpath. 1st time running after the resurfacing. Sooooo nice. Finally. decent run in the heat, but more importantly after doing hill repeats the night before. Legs felt fine all day, but then my calves were burning as soon as I started running. Good stretch for the first mile and then everything was back to normal.
