Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
10 minutes warm up on fields (~1.2 miles)

12 - 200s. 49-53 second pace. Stayed with Alex and Keiko.

4 minute break.

8 - 200s. 49-51 second pace. Felt better than the first set; stayed with group.

4 minutes.

4 - 200s fly. These are a lot harder; I felt incredibly tired by the last 100m and really couldn't push through it. Just need to work on my speed.

10 minute cool down (1.3 miles)

Overall pretty proud of my effort!
