Comments:
Crunched for time, so didn't get to go on the apparently intense bike/hill workout with the rest of varsity. 5xbluff point, tempo. didn't keep time. Finally looked up hill distance, .24mi, so it actually is about a 400. Felt great, legs feel awesome. Since I only did 5 I'll hit up an extra mile or two this evening.
