Comments:
felt a little sored in my groind, decide to do a mile warm up felt good, then picked it up , decresing splits for evry mile, felt good, my lkegs felt amazing, my lungs are starting to catch up with my legs stamina... did some strider then ran home at a good pace... felt amazing after shower, little tired but good
