Weather: humid but cooler
Comments:
Ran out 22 min and then the same way back. Achelies was in a spot of bother on the way out. Opening the stride and flying back helped stretch it out. I definitely was purposely once I turned around so that pace and distance could be right. Added on a extra half mile in case it wasn't quite 5 and a half.
