ran with the guys today, no lavallee again (which was very upsetting). we kinda made some crap up and it ended up being a short loop in the woods and then this relay sprint thingy around the gym/jesus circle. kinda fun but made my muscles rly sore in the days after. fml with that. then a few indian runs and a semi-intense session of pushups/leglifts. new kids were being slackers, not a fun time repremanding them. gonna guess it to be around 5 miles we ran all together, but didnt time the relays or indian runs so ignore pace.
