Soberlook (if I can still call it that?) up Bellfield to North Park to South Park to Shaker to Sulgrave and back straight to Soberlook (alone-obviously with this run)-
For the last three weeks or so I haven't been feeling very good on my runs, so I decided it was time to change things up a little and send myself a message: I can still run/I'm not done with this sport yet. This route has a pretty considerable elevation change so I more or less chilled all the way back down. It was good until I got dehydrated for the last three or so miles. I think it was pretty successful, though most of my "message sending" was at the beginning with my first mile about 5:40.
