Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
this was supposed to be a loop near the cabin, but unfortunately my tendonitis flared up so I took it really easy. I didn't run the loop but merely ran an out and back. It's a good thing my foot felt better the rest of the week. I hope it continues to do well.
After the run we did some team games and a lot of other stuff which was awesome.
